The «Zhailau Kol» recreation area is one of the most modern and picturesque leisure destinations in Shymkent. It is home to the «Shymkent Altyn Eye» ferris wheel, a landmark attraction that enhances the city’s recreational appeal and offers quality entertainment for residents and visitors alike.

The 50-meter-high Ferris wheel provides breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It is equipped with 18 enclosed cabins and can accommodate up to 108 passengers at a time. Each cabin is designed for year-round comfort, featuring heating during winter and ventilation during summer.

During the ride, visitors can enjoy an audio-guided tour that provides information about the city's landmarks and attractions. One complete rotation takes approximately 15 minutes, allowing guests to admire Shymkent from a height of 50 meters.

Thanks to its impressive height and modern technical features, the Shymkent Altyn Eye has become one of the city’s most recognizable entertainment attractions.
