The Seyitzhan Qari Eszhanuly Mosque is one of the largest mosques in Shymkent. It serves as a spiritual and religious center, providing comfortable facilities for worship, religious education, and community activities.

The «Seyitzhan Qari Eszhanuly» mosque is one of the largest and most impressive religious landmarks in Shymkent, located in the city’s new administrative and business center. It harmoniously combines elements of modern architecture and Islamic culture.

The architectural composition of the mosque includes four minarets, while the height of its main dome reaches 49 meters. The entrance system is arranged so that the main entrance is intended for men, while a separate entrance on the left side is designated for women.

The mosque can accommodate approximately 12,000 worshippers at one time. The additional open area in front of the building can host another 10,000 people, allowing large religious gatherings and events to take place.

The interior is decorated with traditional kazakh ornaments, while the walls feature artistic calligraphy displaying verses from the Holy Quran. This design creates an atmosphere of spiritual tranquility and aesthetic beauty.

The mosque serves not only as a place of worship but also as a multifunctional religious and community center. It includes a conference hall with 1,100 seats, a dining hall for 600 guests, a wedding hall with 100 seats, ablution facilities for 428 people, as well as a library and a madrasa.

Today, the «Seyitzhan Qari Eszhanuly» mosque is one of the largest Islamic centers in Shymkent, bringing together spiritual education, learning, and religious life.
