«Karashash Ana» Mausoleum

According to historical sources, the real name of Karashash Ana was Aisha Bibi. She was born into the family of the renowned religious figure Musa-Sheikh and was known as a wise, educated, and far-sighted woman.

Karashash Ana became famous for her healing abilities and her care for orphans and those in need. In popular memory, she remains a symbol of maternal love, compassion, and spiritual purity.

According to some sources, the mausoleum was originally built in the 13th–14th centuries. Over time, it underwent several reconstructions, while its present appearance dates back to the mid-19th century.
