About the project

The audio guide is a project of the tourism department of the Shymkent city administration.

Signs with QR codes stand by the city's landmarks. Point your phone camera at one and a page opens with a story, photographs and an audio track in Kazakh, Russian and English. No app is required and the guide is free.
