The Uzbek Drama Theatre is a cultural institution established in 2003. Its stage hosts both classical and contemporary theatrical productions, contributing to the preservation and development of Uzbek cultural heritage.

The «Uzbek Drama» theatre was established on March 14, 2003, and is one of the important cultural centers located in the Sairam district of Shymkent.

The theatre was founded to support the spiritual life of the uzbek community and to promote national theatrical art.

Its repertoire includes both classical and contemporary works of uzbek drama, including famous productions such as «The Brides’ Revolt», «Heroic Mother», and other performances.

Productions are staged in a modern reconstructed building equipped with all the necessary theatrical facilities.

Today, the «Uzbek Drama» theatre serves as an important cultural institution and makes a significant contribution to the development of Kazakhstan’s uzbek ethnocultural community.
