The Baidibek Bi Monument is one of the tallest historical monuments in the city. Located on an elevated hill in the northern part of Shymkent, it serves as an important symbol of national history.

The «Baidibek Bi» monument is one of the most important historical and cultural landmarks of Shymkent and ranks among the tallest monuments in the city. It is located in the northern part of the city on the highest elevated point, approximately 220 meters above sea level.

The statue itself stands 10 meters high, while its total height, including the pedestal, reaches 23 meters. The monument weighs approximately 9 tons.

Baidibek Karashauly (1356–1419) was an outstanding biy, warrior, and historical figure who made a significant contribution to strengthening the unity of the Kazakh people. His name occupies a special place in Kazakhstan’s history and is deeply respected by the nation.

Today, the «Baidibek Bi» monument symbolizes respect for national history, continuity between generations, and the spiritual unity of the people. It remains one of the most visited and recognizable landmarks in Shymkent.
